Sue’s career in the Health and Social Care sector began when she started work as a home carer. This work brought her into contact with a wide range of community services and enabled her to develop a wealth of knowledge. Sue began to recognise that local authorities were looking for partnerships with agencies to provide high quality care in the community. With this in mind, Sue established Care Force in 1992.
Sue has experienced the ever changing needs within the care sector and prides herself in her work in which she strives to maintain Care Force as the best provider in Worcestershire. Her dedication to care has driven Care Force forward in complying with all standards set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Sue’s empathy with employees and clients is clear for everyone to see and contributes to the positive team environment within Care Force.
