Michelle Coates - Care Manager

I began my carer at Care Force in 1998, as a carer while studying at University. I left Care Force in 2007 and worked across a number of fields including public health and the local council but mainly within the  Housing sector.  I worked with a range of with specialised and vulnerable client group including young people, women and men escaping domestic abuse and  homeless adults. After 10 years I decided on a career change and following redundancy I took a year off and decided to return to care. I came back to care Force as a carer in April 2014  and became the Care Coordinator in August of the same year, when the new role was created. In January 2020 I became the registered manager. I was born and raised in Bromsgrove and understand the needs of the local community. I am extremely proud of the team at Care Force and we all are committed to providing the best service we can for our service users.

Jo Jacobs - Service Coordinator

The majority of my career has been within the recruitment industry, having contact with people is a great passion.  During the first wave of the pandemic, I decided to join a care agency to help those in our community with support needs and thoroughly enjoyed my time caring in the community, it is the best move I have ever made.  As I have an administrative background it was ideal when the Service Coordinator role was advertised and I jumped at the chance to use my experience and skills to the benefit of Care Force.  I am enjoying the interaction with our service users, our carers and all the external parties with whom we deal on a daily basis.  The enthusiasm and honest desire to be the best we can be is what makes us a leader in Worcestershire and I am proud to be part of the wonderful Care Force family. I am currently studying Health and Social Care at the University of Worcester and looking forward to starting by BA Hons in Sociology and Psychology in September!  My other little passion is my chihuahua, Bertie!

Michelle Finglas - Administrator

Before joining Care Force I worked as a recruitment consultant for 13 years working alongside Birmingham Children’s’ Trust  coordinating supervised contact for foster children and their birth families and prior to that  I worked as an office manager for Allied Carpets for 20 years working across the West Midlands.”
